By accessing or using Lease System ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Description of Service

Lease System provides a cloud-based property management platform for landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals. Features include property management, tenant management, rent collection tracking, lease management, maintenance tracking, and financial reporting.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must register an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You own all data you input into the Platform. We will not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lease System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
